Emma warms up the u11's @ the Cheshire League 2011
Last night was Emma Cullen's last training session at Trafford AC as she leaves to start her studies at Cambridge University.
It's probably no exaggeration to say, that if it hadn't been for Emma, the Junior Section would not exist in its current format. It is Emma's love for athletics and drive that resulted in Tom being involved, and the rest is history.
I'm sure that you'd all like to join me in wishing her well in her new adventure and we all look forward to seeing her back at the track when she's home from Uni and competing for the club that she loves and has done so much for next season.
I just hope that Cambridge knows what they've let themselves in for!
