Two Trafford AC athletes have been selected to run for the North of England Junior Team in the Home Countries International Cross Country Match at Nottingham on Saturday.
Zak Miller has been selected at the end of an outstanding season which has seen him win the National Championships and finish 2nd in the Inter Counties & English Schools Championships. He has also represented Great Britain at the European Championships in Serbia and ran for GB against USA & Europe in the Edinburgh International Meeting.
Richard Powell wins his 1st Northern 'vest' after 10 years of running. During that time he has competed in over 300 races and ran several thousand miles in training. He is a shining example of hard work and dedication eventually paying dividends.
